What is “KEN-CUBE”?‥‥‥Origin of company name
Our company name KEN-CUBE has two shades of meaning.
One is Japanese 研究部 (ken cube) meaning “Research department”. KEN-CUBE as a research department in fly fishing world, we are engaged in product development without any compromise.
Another shade of meaning comes from the words “Ken” and “Cube”. “Ken” comes from our representative and designer Kenji Sugisaka. And “cube” means regular hexahedron. Currently, we have business in various fields, like regular hexahedron has many surface. And we would like to support people who love fly fishing in in various fields.
In order not to be ashamed of this name, we will research more and more, and find better method, and develop quality fishing equipment to make fly fishing life more rich and rewarding to show appreciation for people who live our products.
